THE MOONFLOWER MONOLOGUES GLOBAL RELAUNCH
The evening was full bodied
and felt less about
the celebration of a mere book
and more
about the sowing
of things everlasting.
There was a tangibility about the evening, rich conversation amongst many, the sharing of burdens , the lifting of spirits—with food & wine & beautiful people.
I’m so humbled and grateful to have had the opportunity to meet such an open array of humans hearts that I feel were all there, divinely. I must also mention that this night was a beautiful leap over some hurdles for me—the entire journey of that in which @themoonflowermonologues has been is a story of my womanhood—and last night, unscripted, I had the opportunity to speak for the very first time about it, outside of the pen and share the honest heart of it with my voice.
The wild and rough waters from when she was written has lead me down mysterious paths with corners and bends, leaps and turns & to the most miraculous of things (breakthroughs and transformations that I cannot attribute to simply just trekking) but divine in the outworking of it all—
and heart on fire, it felt like the exact place it needed to happen, was last night!
Thank you, beautiful humans, thank you.
I get the feeling that the books were just an excuse to gather.
Thank you so much to
